The WinXmlCook application was developed to be a small tool that will basically apply an XSL transformation to an XML. This little application has born to fulfil the single specific need of having a simple, usable tool to apply an XSL transformation to an XML.
There's definitely much better commercial applications out there as well as plenty of room for improvements, perhaps in terms of user experience and whatnot, but it basically does the job so I thought it was worthy sharing it.
