nueCPL is a control panel replacement that looks much nicer and is more functional than the standard control panel. It is fully skinnable, although it currently uses the default skin for Manila 2D. Its also fast and supports touch gestures, such as slide up/down and left/right.
The "All Settings" tab lets you quickly navigate through all the available Screen applets in the system, while the other three tabs offer the default tabs (personal, system, connections).
This test version is actually almost complete, it just needs some further testing and a way to be set as the default control panel for the device. To get the about screen, tap the top right area. nueCPL uses the same images Manila2D does, so it can take any skin that Manila 2D can use. Be sure to follow the instructions given in the readme, and to copy all files to "/windows".
