Minimal iContact skin (black+white version).
Installation notes:
1. Download and install a copy of iContact.
2. Download the Minimal iContact cab.zip and install that also.
3. Soft reset.
4. Enjoy.
Note: If you are having trouble installing the cab, download the other zip and install that one to your iContact installation folder.
